Product Introduction

This chemical is a kind of water-soluble anionic high polymer dielectric material with strong absorption and dispersing effects to the concrete. It is one of water reducers with better comprehensive performance.
 

Main characteristics: white color, high water-reducing efficiency, low chloride ions content with no corrosion to steel, no air entraining, good compatibility with all kinds of concrete. After the use of HX-105, the early strength and anti-permeability of concrete have been greatly improved, and with good performance in construction, water retention, adaption to steam curing. This product conforms to the national standards of GB8076－2008 for high efficiency water reducers.
 

Applications

1, applied in high strength mortar, gypsum products, self levelling floor, filler, grounting material, etc.

2, applied in high strength concrete, high fluidity concrete, high durability concrete, aluminate cement refractory concrete, low cement refractory casting material, steam curing concrete, etc.

3, used as whitening agents to produce colored floor tiles and prefabricated units.

Usage and Storage

Avoid contact with eyes, month and skin. Wear protective gloves and goggles during application of this chemical. After contact, rinse with large amounts of water. Power tends to absorb humidity and should be stored in a dry place with the original sealed bags. Temperature no more than 40℃. Do not pile up too high. Handle with care and avoid humidity during transportation. This chemical is non-toxic, non irritating, non-inflammable.

Shelf time: powder 1 year; liquid 6months (use up as soon as possible after opening).
