Properties:

1. cost-effective, easy to use. No ash pollution.

2. Excellent fluorescent whiting effect to obtain higher degree of whiteness and more bright color shade.

3. Resistant to alkali, hydrogen peroxide and perborate, suitable for alkali- oxygen one bath and padding process.

4. Excellent washing fastness.
 

Applications:

Mainly used for brightening of cotton, linen, viscose, polyamides and blended fabrics.
 

Recommended dosage:

1. dipping exhaustion method

Dosage: 0.1-0.8%(o.w.f) bath ratio: 1:10-30

Temperature X time: 95-100ºC×30-40min, washing, drying

(anhydrous sodium sulfate or salt 10-20g/L can be added based on situation)

2. Scouring, oxygen bleaching, brightening, one bath method. dosage: 0.2%-0.8%(o.w.f)

hydrogen peroxide(30%): 5-15g/L

scouring agent: 3-5g/L

bath ratio: 1:10-30

Temperature and Time: 95-100ºC×30-40min, washing, drying
 

Packing and Storage:

50kg/drum Keep in a cool, dry and dark place. Shelf time: 6 months.
