1. It is mainly used as diffusion additive, rubber emulsion stabilizer in dyeing industry and leather aid tanning agent.

2. It is also mainly used for VAT dye suspension pad dyeing, cryptic acid dyeing, dispersive and soluble VAT dye dyeing in printing and dyeing industry.

 

(1)Used as a dispersing agent or filling agent for disperse dyes and VAT dyes: The usage is 0.5-3 times of VAT dye or 1.5-2 times of disperse dye, can leave some as a filler to add in the dye commercialized.

(2)Dyeing in VAT dyes: ①Suspension pad dyeing process: in pad dyeing bath--generally add 3-5 g/L; in the reduction bath--generally add 15-20 g/L ,②Cryptochromic acid process: the usage is 2-3 g/L.

(3)Disperse dye dyeing:in  polyester high temperature and high pressure dyeing,it can generally add 0.5-1.5g/L in the dyeing bath.

(4)Ice dye dyeing: the amount of chromophenol base bath is generally 2-5 g/L, the amount of color bath is generally 0.5-2 g/L.
